Permitted uses
Conservation of natural wetland.
Prohibited uses
Existing structures are removed, and direct wastewater, stormwater and solid waste discharge are prohibited.
Conditional uses
Structures of organic materials, roads or utilities running parallel to the wetland, and pavilions, security posts and watchtowers.
Building rules
The table sets no coverage, floor area ratio or height for this zone.
What to check
For wetlands with permanent water and significant natural vegetation, to be fully conserved.
