Permitted uses

Forests, green spaces and recreational parks.

Prohibited uses

Any permanent structure, and all industrial, residential, commercial and public facility uses.

Conditional uses

Agriculture, infrastructure, botanical gardens, trails, park amenities, kiosks up to 100 m², play areas, and roads or parking not subject to damage.

Building rules

Note	Only temporary, soft structures on up to 10% of the plot or 500 m², whichever is less.

What to check

Covers hazard areas such as flood, landslide and earthquake zones. Only temporary structures on up to 10% of the plot or 500 m², whichever is less; structural refurbishment of existing buildings is not allowed.
