The City of Kigali moved +9.8%; across the other four provinces changes ran from -1.7% (Southern Province) to +10.0% (Eastern Province).
Of 30 districts, 17 recorded higher prices and 13 lower. The largest rises were in Bugesera (+34.4%), Rwamagana (+17.3%), Muhanga (+17.1%); the largest falls in Nyaruguru (-36.4%), Ngororero (-33.2%), Rutsiro (-29.2%). 6 districts are flagged volatile, where one year’s move should be read with care.
