Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ziinga ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Ziinga for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Ziinga
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Property Listings

Users who post property listings ("Sellers") agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about their properties
• Have the legal right to list and sell/rent the property
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding property sales and rentals in Rwanda
• Promptly update or remove listings when properties are no longer available

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal activities
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use another user's account without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
