Ziinga

Sell your plot or house in Rwanda — free, with official records

Ziinga turns your land title into a professional listing in minutes. Enter the UPI from your title, and the official parcel record, boundary sketch, master-plan zoning and a fair price suggestion are assembled for you — ready to share with buyers on WhatsApp.

How it works

  1. Enter your UPI. Type the parcel number printed on your land title (icyangombwa), or drop a pin on the map.
  2. Review the official record. Boundaries, registered size, zoning and a fair price range from district market data appear automatically.
  3. Share on WhatsApp. You get a link to a professional report — aerial view, boundary sketch and price — that buyers open with one tap.

Questions sellers ask

Is listing my land or house really free?

Yes. Creating a pitch, the parcel check and the shareable report are completely free, and no account is required.

What is a UPI and where do I find it?

The Unique Parcel Identifier is the number on your Rwandan land title (icyangombwa), written like 1/02/09/01/1234. It identifies your exact plot in the national land registry.

Where does the parcel information come from?

Boundaries and registered size come from Rwanda's official land registry records; zoning comes from the district master plan. Ziinga shows the records as they are.

Can I edit the price or remove my listing later?

Yes. Your link includes a private manage key — change the price or phone number, or withdraw the listing, any time, from any device. Signing in lets you manage it across devices too.

How is the suggested price calculated?

From Ziinga's district price data, the plot's zoning and its shape. It is a starting point with reasons shown — you always set the final price.
