Questions
Where does the zoning data come from?
The National Land Authority parcel service and the Kigali City master plan. Ziinga reads zone codes, areas, phasing and wetland flags per parcel; boundaries are not redrawn or reinterpreted.
Are these recorded prices or asking prices?
Both, and each is labelled. Recorded prices come from the Rwanda Land Dashboard at cell level. Listing figures are asking prices and are identified as such throughout.
What does the asterisk indicate?
Capabilities delivered on request rather than self-serve. Contact us to scope the work; self-serve access is being released progressively.
How are areas with limited data handled?
No estimate is published below the confidence floor. Small samples are reported as small samples, and where the master plan does not publish setbacks or minimum lot sizes, the gap is stated.
Can the data reach existing systems?
Yes. Standardised extracts and an Excel workflow today, with a REST endpoint addressable by parcel identifier. All fields are available in English and Kinyarwanda.
