Hybrid
Ziinga is a hybrid team. Focused work happens wherever you do it best; the ground truth of Rwandan property (parcel checks, seller visits, photos, partner meetings) happens in person, in the districts. Weeks are planned around both, and decisions are written down, so nobody has to be in the room to be in the loop.
