Permitted uses
Existing forest, forestry and eco-forestry, forestry research and plantations.
Prohibited uses
All industrial, residential and commercial uses, major public facilities and major infrastructure.
Conditional uses
Infrastructure, small value-addition facilities, botanical gardens, trails and birdwatching, camping, park amenities, construction materials and beekeeping.

What to check
Development needs Ministry of Environment approval, and forest regulations override any conflicting rule.
