Permitted uses
In unprotected wetlands only: crop farming, greenhouses, fish farming, agroforestry, tourism and conservation.
Prohibited uses
All industrial and commercial uses, and public facilities.
Conditional uses
Livestock farming, subject to assessment.
Building rules
What to check
The 20 m wetland buffer is set by the environment law and overrides the zoning of private plots; the affected part can transfer its development rights to the rest of the plot.
