Permitted uses
Only the uses allowed by the particular wetland, water, power-line or other buffer that covers that part of the parcel.
Prohibited uses
Whatever the applicable buffer prohibits. Where buffers overlap, the stricter constraint prevails.
Conditional uses
Any development in the affected area follows the relevant overlay and needs review-panel approval.
Building rules
The table sets no coverage, floor area ratio or height for this zone.
What to check
