Permitted uses
Fruit trees, agroforestry, shrubs and grasses.
Prohibited uses
Agrochemicals, and all industrial, residential, commercial, public facility and major infrastructure uses.
Conditional uses
Water treatment plants, ecotourism, parks and green spaces, construction, and forest.
Building rules
What to check
Lakes keep a 50 m buffer, rivers 10 m or 5 m, and unclassified rivers 2 m, under the ministerial order on lake and river shores.
