Permitted uses
High-density housing and home occupations. The table allows R2 housing types for plots below 750 m².
Prohibited uses
Industrial activity and major infrastructure.
Conditional uses
Hospitality uses; public facilities where the public-facilities overlay allows them; shops and offices where the O-C2 overlay allows them; micro-enterprises subject to the applicable provisions.

The source has specific provisions for plots below 750 m² and subdivision of larger plots. Check those before applying a high-density building design.
