    Permitted uses

    Single-family and row housing, IDP-model multifamily homes, low-rise apartments, home occupations and accessory homes.

    Prohibited uses

    Industrial activity and major infrastructure.

    Conditional uses

    Restaurants, guesthouses and micro-enterprises; public facilities, shops and offices where their respective overlays allow them.
