Permitted uses
Cemeteries, crematoria, pavilions and service rooms, and greening. No permanent structures.
Prohibited uses
All industrial, commercial and residential uses, and concrete structures or tiling above or below ground.
Conditional uses
Caretaker housing, washrooms and prayer halls at crematoria.
Building rules
What to check
Near a wetland, an environmental assessment and a 200-300 m buffer are required, limited to open space and parks.
