    Cemeteries, crematoria, and supporting pavilions and service rooms.

    Prohibited uses

    All industrial, commercial and residential uses, and utility yards with outdoor storage.

    Conditional uses

    Caretaker housing, washrooms and prayer halls at crematoria.

    The table sets no coverage, floor area ratio or height for this zone.

    What to check

    In Kigali this code is the cemetery zone. The national scheme uses PF5 for sport and leisure and PF6 for cemeteries.

    Sports complexes, pitches and playgrounds, stadiums, golf courses, recreational clubs and public swimming pools.

    Prohibited uses

    All residential buildings and major infrastructure installations.

    What to check

    Outside Kigali cemeteries are PF6; in Kigali, PF5 is the cemetery zone. At least 40% of a sports site stays landscaped.
