    All types of educational institutions and research facilities.

    Prohibited uses

    Industry and warehouses, major commercial uses, utility yards with outdoor storage, and cemeteries.

    Conditional uses

    Canteens, small shops, health centres and pharmacies, staff housing, hostels and dormitories.
