Government offices, correctional facilities, defence and security, fire and police stations, transport interchanges and other public uses.
Prohibited uses
Major industrial uses and warehouses, major commercial uses, and utility yards with outdoor storage.
Conditional uses
Micro-enterprises, and commercial and retail uses.

What to check
The Kigali zoning map shows only existing PA parcels; land for future public uses is identified and acquired by the City.
