    Permitted uses

    Sports complexes, theme parks, resort hotels, camping, golf courses, recreational clubs, zoos and small commercial establishments.

    Prohibited uses

    All industrial uses, major public facilities and major infrastructure installations.

    Conditional uses

    Residential estates, complementary commerce, minor public facilities, swimming pools, nightclubs, stadiums, cultural centres, museums and concert halls.
