    Permitted uses

    Botanical gardens, trails and green spaces, recreation and amusement, camping, agro- and eco-tourism, craft and souvenir shops, museums, theatres, conference centres and eco-lodges.

    Prohibited uses

    Industrial and residential uses, commercial uses over 150 m², and major public facilities and infrastructure.

    Conditional uses

    Restaurants up to 150 m², and kiosks.

    What to check

    Approval depends on lakeshore buffers, a demonstrated need, neighbourhood safety, and adequate access and services.
