    Permitted uses

    Gardens, outdoor recreation and park-related public amenities.

    Prohibited uses

    Housing, industry, major facilities and infrastructure; commercial activity beyond the conditional allowance.

    Conditional uses

    Small restaurants, kiosks and similar commercial structures within the source’s 0.05 FAR and 150 m² limits.

    Floor area ratio0.05, up to 150 m², unless the City of Kigali One Stop Centre approves more

    What to check

    Check the parcel’s overlay maps as well as its base zone. A conditional use needs the applicable conditions and approvals; it is not automatically permitted.
