    C1-permitted uses plus shopping centres, offices, hotels, apartments, entertainment, galleries, education and coworking.

    Prohibited uses

    Major industrial activity and major infrastructure installations.

    Conditional uses

    Public facilities, fuel stations, transport interchanges, compliant Grade E garages and car washes.

    What to check

    Buildings facing main commercial roads and transit corridors need an arcade at least 5 m deep. Downzoning to C1 is an allowed strategy.
