    Permitted uses

    I1-permitted uses and specified heavier manufacturing, batching, foundry, steel and storage activities.

    Prohibited uses

    Residential uses and major infrastructure installations.

    Conditional uses

    I1-conditional uses, salvage yards, electricity generation, slaughterhouses, worker accommodation, shops and restaurants.

    What to check

    Worker accommodation is a conditional exception, not general housing permission. Industrial buffers and pollution controls remain important.
