Permitted uses
Crop farming, agroforestry, greenhouses, beekeeping, fish farming and irrigation.
Prohibited uses
Industry not linked to agro-processing, housing not linked to farming, commerce beyond a temporary farm store, and public facilities.
Conditional uses
Farm support facilities, temporary farm stores, feeder roads, drying and washing stations, selling points, and livestock.
Building rules
The table sets no coverage, floor area ratio or height for this zone.
What to check
Rural communities may be built here only after land pooling consolidates the farmland.
