    Permitted uses

    Crop and livestock farming, agroforestry, greenhouses, beekeeping and fish farming.

    Prohibited uses

    Unrelated industrial, residential and commercial uses, and public facilities.

    Conditional uses

    Supporting farm uses, temporary farm stores and infrastructure; farm-linked housing above 1 ha, rural villages above 5 ha after land assembly, and small agro-processing on at least 0.5 ha, subject to source conditions.

    Building rules

    Floor area ratio0.01 up to 150 m² for a house on a plot over 1 ha; 0.02 up to 200 m² for agro-processing on a plot over 0.5 ha
