National recorded land price and outlook
Trend growth 8.6% a year since 2018. 2027: about 9,602 RWF/m², 95% range 7,964 to 11,576. 2028: about 10,192 RWF/m², 95% range 7,945 to 13,075.
Tested on past years, the one-year forecast missed by 6.1% on average, against 9.5% for simply carrying the last year forward. Its worst miss was 2024, by 15.5%. The range is wide because the evidence is nine annual figures.
