Search Should Speak Your Language
Most property search boxes expect perfect English and perfect spelling. That is not how people look for land. So Ziinga's search was rebuilt around what buyers actually type.
Kinyarwanda Works
Search for ikibanza, inzu, ubutaka or isambu and the search understands. The whole site runs in Kinyarwanda too; switch languages and every page, price and label follows.
Typos Do Not Dead-End
Type Kucukiro and you still find Kicukiro. Place names are matched with tolerance for the misspellings people really make, so a slipped letter does not hide an entire district's listings from you.
Plot Sizes and Budgets, Written Naturally
- 20 by 30 finds plots around 600 square metres
- 3.7m is read as a budget of 3,700,000 RWF
- 25.000.000, written the Rwandan way with dots, is read correctly as twenty-five million
The same understanding runs through the listing tool: a seller can type a price in local notation and it is read as intended.
Save the Search
When a place has nothing listed today, its area page offers to watch it for you, and you can browse everything currently live for sale or for rent down to village level on the map.
