Where Land Actually Sells
Most plots in Rwanda change hands through word of mouth and WhatsApp groups. The problem is what gets shared there: a blurry photo and a phone number, with every serious question still to answer. Whose land is it? How big exactly? What may be built there? What is a fair price?
One UPI Answers All of It
The free listing tool asks for two things: your UPI and your phone number. From the UPI it pulls the parcel's official record and builds a complete listing page:
- The registered size and a boundary sketch from the registry
- The zoning: what a buyer may build
- A suggested price range from your district's live market data, with the reasons shown
- Your photos, your final price, your words, in Kinyarwanda or English
Built to Be Shared
The result is one short link that opens fast on any phone. Send it to a WhatsApp group and it shows a proper preview; a buyer who opens it sees the official facts before they call you, so the calls you get are serious ones.
What It Costs
Nothing. Listing is free, the official record check is free, and the price suggestion is free. The final price is always yours to set.
Start With the Title in Your Hand
Find the UPI on your title certificate (the UPI guide shows where), open the listing tool, and share the link with the next buyer who asks. Selling several plots from one subdivision? Use the subdivision tool instead and list every plot at once.
